Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for Client OSS EMS team
  • Coordinating all project activities and ensuring alignment with SLAs
  • Oversee NMS Tools upgrades, patch prioritization, and deployment schedules in collaboration with Client’ QA, patching, and technical teams
  • Manage risk assessments, change documentation, and CAB process adherence during production deployments
  • Ensure timely knowledge transfer, documentation updates, and compliance with Client’ security/operational standards

Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating deliveries in a multi-vendor EMS environment comprising of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, CAB, and telecom network operations
  • Strong understanding oof Change management, change reporting, risk management and mitigation, and post change validations
  • PMP or similar certification preferred
  • Knowledge of telecom regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience in process improvement In the area of application deployment, upgrade, patching, documentation to achieve continuous improvement
