Systems Engineer
Job Description
As a Secret Cleared Systems Engineer at NOVA Networks you will manage, maintain, troubleshoot, recommend, and implement changes to systems and software, with a focus on O365 and Azure.
Responsibilities:
- Following operational policies and processes that are compliant with ITIL standards
- Providing on-going management, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of infrastructure systems
- Monitoring and testing application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and recommend fixes
- Performing deployment, testing, support and change management activities
- Participating in and lead implementations, upgrades, and the day-to-day operations of solutions, including coordinating activities with outside teams
- Performing other duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience with O365 and Azure
- Extensive experience with Virtualization technologies: Hyper-V, VMware ESX, XenServer
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange – installing, configuring, troubleshooting and migrating
- Intermediate to Senior level experience with Office 365 migrations
- Intermediate to Senior level experience with Backup software (Backup Exec, Veeam, etc.)
