Oracle HCM Reports Lead
Job Description
Qualification:
- Graduation
- 10+ Years of relevant experience. should have worked tech lead in at least 1-2 Cloud HCM implementations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build Overview of Architecture of Oracle Application.
- Prepare High level design for Reports & Integration
- Develop overall Data Conversion & Integration Strategy
- Prepares Cut Over strategy for Data Migration
- Work with Functional Leads to develop mapping needed by middleware for interfaces
- Develops error handling strategy for Data Conversion & Data Integration
- Tracking and closure of issues identified during CRP, SIT and UAT
- Drives Mock conversion & testing cycles
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 10+ Years of relevant experience. should have worked tech lead in at least 1-2 Cloud HCM implementations.
- Strong knowledge in HCM Extracts and BI Reports.
- Strong understanding on Table Structures, Date effective behavior in Fusion HCM, specifically on Core HR, Payroll, Absence and OTL modules.
- Good understanding of tools such as HCM Data Loader, OTBI and OIC (HCM Extracts)
- Good Knowledge for working in OIC for HCM implementations is a plus.
- Strong exposure to Data Migration in to Cloud HCM experience on OTL is PLUS.
